Course Objective:
The course aims at refreshing the knowledge and skills of first aid for the holder of certificate of competency in first aid issued by an institution specified by the Travel Industry Authority.

Course Duration: 4 hours (Including assessment)
* Students will be provided access to an e-learning platform and a first aid manual for optional revision of the theoretical part.
Class Size: 14 to 28 candidates per class
Entry Requirement: Holder of either one of the below certificates:

Under the provision of Occupational Safety and Health Regulation (OSHR), Cap 509A, holder of a valid first aid certificate recognized by the Commissioner of Labour Department

Holder of a valid certificate of competency in first aid issued by an institution specified by the Travel Industry Authority (Accept application with copy of certificate which expired within 6 months on course commencement date)
Medium of Instruction: Cantonese or English
Instructor: First Aid Lecturer of Hong Kong Red Cross
Course Fee: Including first aid manual, course notes, bandage pack and certificate

Certificate:
Students should fulfill the following criteria in order to get the Certificate of Competency in First Aid for Tourist Guides and Tour Escorts and Adult Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Certificate with 3 years validity.

100% attendance in class

Pass in all class assessments
Certificate of Competency in First Aid for Tourist Guides and Tour Escorts for TTFA course will be distributed during class. Students and corporate must ensure that the personal particulars provided in application are accurate. Students and corporate should bear the cost for re-issuing certificate.
Certificate Renewal:
Before the expiry date of the certificate or within 6 months after the expiry date of the certificate, participants can attend a Certificate of Competency in First Aid for Tourist Guides and Tour Escorts Refresher Course (TFAR) and pass the class assessment to renew their certificates with 3-year validity.

We could provide training at client’s premises; clients can also rent our premises for training. Please contact our staff for details.

1. Estimated Online Learning Hour: Actual learning hour may depend on individual progress. Login notice email will be sent around 1 week** before practical curriculum.
2. Online Study Requirement: Courseware will be in the best view using Chrome browser in Windows desktop computer with good network connection. (It is NOT recommended to use mobile phone to view the courseware which may involve great use of data.)and please avoid open more than one tab of browsing.

** The online curriculums of this blended learning course would start 1 week before practical curriculums. Corporate or organization shall take the first day of the online curriculum as the course commencement date of the class for application.
